I got bob burgett's book "progressive double bass drumming" and it really helps for building speed and coordination.

Besides your mainly in single strokes I find quite useful do...

not a pro drummer, but she knows about drumming. In fact everybody in my music school knows her and he takes care about everybodys pain ( guitarrist, bass, drums, etc.. )

1.- i was overplaying
2.- sureley I'm holding the sticks too tight
3.- I'm using the computer a lot, and being writing hurt my...

Well, The Only time i ever played barefoot was on my house having a rehearsal...And for me was terrible... I hurt my feet like hell.... So Im guessing, playing barefoot is not for me..

But I found better Having good heads ( I like clear G1 over Coated G2 ), and just find the sweet spot...
