umm....yes, I kinda know. Twice :-) I was able to find two slightly larger screws and retap the threads. Although I love the sound (Brooklyn Steel 7x13) I think I'll maybe check out a replacement...

will lower and flip all the way from the shell. For me, its very tricky but I'm sure I'll get the hang off it as...

Well I have found a solution-one in which I never considered. The pawn shop agreed to partially reimburse me for parts (rims, snare wires, tension rods and hoops)

He also offered a full refund...
