Re: Tinnitus, anyone?
This is something you don't want. TRUST ME. If you have it, accepting the fact you do have it is key, then you can deal with it. It really only effects me in silence. I've trained myself to go to bed...

Re: Virgil Donati
Though the video was pretty cool, I fail to see how this relates to Virgil in anyway, or the things he's done, or is currently doing.
And what Zakir, and Tilok were doing has been going on for a...

Re: Billy ward on Constantinoples?
Call me crazy, but I prefer the sound of his Sabian set up on the MD fest a few years ago.
Another thing about Billy.
His "hybrid" crosshand technique drives me crazy. I've tried to imitate...

While I'm not the biggest straight up "jazz" fan in the world, I really do like what I'm hearing from Philly Joe Jones. Man can swing, and came up with some really interesting riffs. When you take...

Hello Gavin...
Just going over some of your clips here on DW for about the 100th time. I don't think these clips are going to lose their effect on me for a while. Brilliant work.

Would it be possible for someone to share or direct me to some of Buddy's work outside of the Big Band Swing genre? Is there any recorded material?

I say anyone who is curious, should be embraced...I have to admit. I don't really like all the "my drums, don't touch" responses...I've spent alot of money on my gear, and I am open to letting ANYONE...
