so would a 24x24 be muddy? i want a deeper sounding drum than the 22 but i still want to have a lot of punch i love the sound of a 20x20 for the punch they have but i dont want to have to trigger...

i do have a 18x22 right now and like i said before i really only wanted to have a drum like that becuase of kellers qwik ship thingy and i have heard the sound of a 20x20 and a 20x22 and a 21x22 i do...

im trying to convince my dad that it would be benifical to keep my drumset indoors,and not in the garage,i live in florida,its very humid ,my cymbals have some rust,and so does the hoop on my snare...

one thing you could do is get a kit that has wood bearing edges and acrylic centers,so that you can still get the warmth of wood with the brightness and attack of acrylic,plus they look badass,i know...

if your looking to get the best out of acrilyc you first have to know what you want,they can replecate the sound of wood,not like maple at all though,if you took a birch kit (the bright tonality) and...
