They were talking about the shell material not the "similar response between timpani and snare". I could be wrong.

Thanks for the review Mr.Bermuda,man the whole plan was to get the ludalloy and the BB or COB and I'm done.

True pitch rods,true hoops and true tone snare wires are fairly new,probably just a marketing thing.A 97 DW pre collectors or collectors(only one series at that time) don't have these features which...

May I ask what drumheads do you use for the copper snare,I just snag a Tama...
