He had about 155 transactions, 100% positive feedback with 1 neutral rating in the last 6 months. I found out later it was under someone elses name though. It could be his wife's maiden name.

I did open a case with Ebay and am going to escalate it to a claim if I don't get a followup response.

I bought a Pearl "Eric Singer' snare on Ebay and paid top dollar for it. The seller described it in "excellent used condition!!!!" and said that it was his "backup and barely got used".

If you have the Tama Tension Watch then you might try around 60 on both sides of all drums with the Dial in the center of the head to get in the ball park.
You are still going to have to tune by ear...
