Re: DW Magnetic throwoff question

I have them on 3 of my drums, they work perfectly, and fit standard sized Humes&Berg hard cases just fine. Honestly, for the $25-30 it generally streets for how can you go wrong?

Re: DW Preformance Series

No. The shell is of the same quality, but exclusively configured for the model, and made in the USA. The Performance series is made entirely in the USA as of a couple years ago. Prior to that, they...

Re: which custom drums company to go with?

Eames, or Pork Pie. Joe at Eames makes something truly unique and at a price point that won't sting too bad at all!

Re: Anyone want a discount off their next purchase?

Minimum Advertised Price with advertised being the key word. A retailer can sell it for whatever they want provided they don't publish a price lower than MAP anywhere.

Yes, it is very easy to find this kids actions, manner, enthusiasm humorous on the surface, however, please consider this as some have said before. This kid might be mentally challenged in some way....

Re: Broken rim on my DW Performance bass drum

I'm gonna get flamed for sure, but you can probably just keep using it as it's still probably rigid enough to apply tension to your head.
Long-term I'm not sure DW even has the hoop you need as I...

Re: Finished Carmine's Realistic Rock book and looking for another but which?

You did not finish the book, you're abandoning it. There are more ways to play any book aside from literally. Get creative. Also, your "I play rock and country so jazz isn't relevant"(paraphraseed)...
