Thanks guys. Yea, by first I meant that, I was before Thomas, becuase Thomas did make this thing very popular. I really dont know how long this has been going on, though I do know that it doesnt go...

I know it. I only know how to do one flip though, no more than that. I don't use it much on the drumset either cuase i rim shot my snare and you kind of need it a little lower. I'll try my best to go...

Exactly how i play. I switch gears when i get to a certian spot and use my ankle muscles. The hard part is gradually speeding up and doing that. That takes lots and lots of practice.

just do a half a hour a day, its more important to more stuff out of your practice time, then to practice more. You could sit on the set all day doing things you already know, or you could sit down...
