Also $4000 AU dollars is only about $2800 US. You might take a look at the Mapex pop to bop kit which has the two kicks to use for different genres/needs.

A lot of the people frequenting the PDF don't own Pearl. I doubt the guy would go to the trouble of ordering and then sending it back on his dime if he didn't have problems with the kit. The price...

There is a a Gokit and a couple Premiers on Ebay right now for good prices.
