My vote... Save up a good 700$ and look at Gretsch. My brother has a 6 piece catalina Maple he got for $650. Still looks amayzing and sounds just as great. Gretsch really knows whats up.

Holy cow!!! Thats unreal i was planning on spending 400$ or so. Having a rack may help though that way ill only have to ship boom arms and the high hat stand will be a killer to. I know they go by...

Agreed Starcast mounting system is by far the best i have used personally. My brother has a set of Gretsch maples and the mounting system on those isnt very great at all. BTW awsome pic polymetrix...
