Excluding the heel-toe technique what are some good techniques for a little extra speed? My feet are too big to manage heel-toe and I can't afford axis pedals :)

I've heard Lars doesnt use his sponsorship snares in recording (Tama)
But I have no idea what he does use, just check out the DVD Some Kind Of Monster and you should be able to make it out.

So sad how Martin Lopez isnt in the band anymore :( He left the band this year because of his health problems. Although i was lucky enough to see him in the local drum store!!!
