This is a bit TOO structured in my opinion, and you're overworking yourself at times.. some things are unnescessary, such as doing single strokes for 20 minutes then double strokes for another 20.....

it's just a general rule that can work. of course you CAN use the bass drum. but in many cases, giving the bassist complete control of the lower range of sound is a good idea.

12 is extremely small for a floor tom, but I've seen it done before. Do what you like best.
