Double bass flams are exactly the same as snare flams.
All you have to do its delay one beater (Preferably the beater on the foot that you dont usally use for bass)

I learned the fake twirl on my own, But the true twirl is very niceley done. I'm slowly trying to learn it along with the stick toss. I think because any sticks should be tossed or spun, the beat...
