If you want to go through ANY good stick exercise it can be applied to the feet
hi hat or bass drum pedal just means different sound sources you'll have to listen MORE

I recrded some stuff with Blaccbeard using a 16 bassdrum
20'' bass drums crank high will cut through but NOT offer the warmth or bottom end you can get...
