For the record, I have been going through this journey to get the sound unmiked for quite awhile and for the better...

ive seen him use really large kicks and really small ones and still sound absurdly loud on both mainly because of his "obnoxious" play style.

I believe his ride is always zildjian and some sort...

Would I be able to fit a 30 strand snare wire on a black beauty without having to alter the snare bed? I know a 42 strand isn't possible...not sure about 30. Thank you!!

all drummers have mistakes and mess ups but usually you learn how to cover them up very discretely over time. He messes up like everyone else...

singing the songs lyrics (or say if I only know one verse I just repeat it over and over) under my breath in a semi babble (one couldn't even tell my lips were moving has helped me tremendously...
