Out of these 4 colors... what do you like the most?

I'm getting a pearl export drum set, and I like to play jazz, and so I was looking for a color that would work well for the music I'm playing.

I have a choice of black silk, electric blue, lava...

No man, its just that most WFD guys say that they never use a pillow. They usually talk about rebound a lot more...?... i think..

Precisely.
I should of been more specific. I know that jazz drummers used quit alot of bassdrum, and theres alot of dynamics that go on as well; I know that already.
I USED to play in a deathmetal...

Hey i think you're right about that.
Because French is all fingers... and German is all wrist... therefore American is in between and its a mix of wrist and fingers.

lol theres no jazz drum books in my music store. pretty sad. I asked why and they said its because there's like not enough drummers in town.
all they have is rock books. lol it suckss

You DONT need to move the tempo at all.
Just leave it at 100bpm, and you can be doing this months on end and still be getting amazing results.
Why would you wanna move...

So from what I've seen here, you don't need to move the tempo at all.
You can stay at 100 bpm and do it for 2 or more hours for months and still get amazing results when you play fast again, right?...
