Keep a stick bag close to you or do what I do at gigs, sit on a stick so incase I drop my left stick i lift my butt a little and keep going..

If your not open minded to checking out Sonor, mapex, tama etc. Id say DW.

There's just something I dont trust with pearl. There weak mounting system and there quality control thats been getting...

Id really recommend you look at a Tama Artwood. Solid maple shells. Its the same specs as a Starclassic Maple snare apart from the same lucgs and die cast hoops
