thanks for clearing that up! the 100 year badge is sort of an indicator, would have been nice for some sort of marking on the shells though.

the only legitimate drum store nearby had a box full of spare pieces. he dug out ones that fit but are shorter in length. I took them for the time being. aside from ascetics will that effect tuning?

I check eBay a bunch just to see what's out there. there's a black galaxy sparkle 5 piece located in Georgia (free local pick-up) for $1,800. looks like about the sizes you're looking for too.
