work on them exremely slow.
and make you have GOOD TECHNIQUE.
and if you're in middle or high school.
drumline would help a lot.

With traditional grip i's actually pretty easy to build speed. You have to make sure you have your grip really good though. just start playing 8 on a hand and take it faster and faster every minute...
