if i were to recommend any shoes, id say to use the vans without laces, that just slips right on. those are perfect, super thin, and lots of tread. :)

this doesnt really have anything to do with the flamming, but i used RRRRLLLL, then RRRRRRRRLLLLLLLL to strengthen my wrists, then used RLRLRLRLRLR to get more clean consistent rolls. that worked for...

i think what this guys doing, and what Rabbs doing are 2 slightly diferent things. what Rabb does is use the rim as a fulcrum. this guys using the but end, and the tip and alternating hitting them on...

lol sometimes id just be walking down the street/hallway, and id think of a beat, and try to time my steps accordingly to the beat of the bass drum for the new beat i thought of.

i cant really use a mirror when i play, but i sometimes record my sessions on tape and watch them over for my weaknesses.
