Re: C and C Drums

I own a C&C kit. Can be pricy but all depends on what options you choose when you have your kit built. The quality of build is excellent. They sound fantastic in person. My kit is one of the best...

Re: Walnut drums

Thanks for the input guys. I decided I will give the walnut drums a shot. I will give a review in a few weeks once they are complete. I am also gonna try a 24" kick for the first time.

Walnut drums

Does anyone own a kit made of walnut or know of any good videos featuring a kit made of walnut? I have been interested in trying out walnut shells for my next kit. How do they sound?

I have a friend who graduated from Berkelee not to long ago and since then he has been able to make a living as a studio and touring drummer. He has got to play with some big names and meet a lot of...

Re: Carter Beauford

Carter Rules! I just got his promark sig sticks recently to try them out. They have a good feel to them. I got the Carter Jersey too, ha ha. He is one of many of my favorite drummers.

Re: The ''Right'' Way To Set Up Your Kit

Everyone should just post their set up and explain why they set up the way they do. I am sure we might all get some good ideas. It may also help explain how their set up works well for the genre of...

Re: Jose Pasillas I.N.C.U.B.U.S. M.A.S.T.E.R.

Science is not the first Incubus cd. It's the second. The first is fungus amongus.

Anyone else digging Jose's new kit. I think its pretty fresh. The whole kit is gold even the hardware. The kit...

Re: What annoys you on peoples drum sets?

I totally understand where you are coming from. I was poor for a pretty long time. Now I am lucky enough to own 2 awesome drum kits, one being a DW. I probably appreciate my kit a lot more going...

Re: Drum Workshop Worth The Cash?

I love this analogy. Very true. I own both my dream kits, a DW kit and a C & C kit. C & C has been called the porche of drums as well, ha ha. The DW I got really really cheap though. I got...

Re: Drum Workshop Worth The Cash?

I play dw drums and I am getting a second dw kit in just a month from now. Lots of people don't take into consideration that DW is not mass manufactured. Mass manufactured drums will of course cost...

Re: Jose Pasillas

Jose is a good drummer. I think he is alot like Ringo, the way people describe Ringo that is. He doesn't over play parts and he plays whats appropriate for the music. He is smooth and solid and...

Re: snare tuning and drum dial info

If you had the drum dial settings to danny carey's or carter beauford's snare, it would do no good. Shell depths and sizes will have different effects on sound. Also even if you owned the same drums...
