@Kalma My timing exercises were usually through playing to songs that I no inside and out. The only thing I used the metronome for was increasing speed but I will definitely start working the left...

YES this is exactly wat part im talking about. if u still have no idead wat im talking about Walk with me in Hell by lamb of god has a similar 16th note gallop/triplet thingy (watever were calling it)

ok so its 3/4 because the last 16th note is missing. but it even though its not it has a triplet feel to it. ok i got it. a triplet would be 1 & a instead of 1e&. im not good with theory, lmao i play...

UPDATE: i just want to make sure we're all on the same page so there are no misunderstandings. the part in the song Halo with the triplets is one of the opening riffs with that guitar "skweak"...

O ok i know that and its pretty crazy. i have always wanted to learn to play it. thank you for putting the foot pattern on and hopefully this will help with my triplets. ill definitly give this a try.
