i feel like whenever i pratise i do the same thing every time i pratise. aside from that im trying to get my rolls and fills cleaner and im trying to work on some fills using the double bass also

i can play about 130 with no problems, but when i try to go faster i cant hold it for very long. about 168 is the fastest i can play and hold for about 30 seconds but i get tired really fast, should...

anyone listen to him? he plays for trivium and has insane double bass, he can keep it really fast for a long time, probley about 225 to 250 bpm. he has pretty good fills and is good all around.

since i love joey and slipknot i thought this would be a good first post. he has the fastest double bass ive ever heard and some great fills. he just keeps getting better with their new albums...
