that's a 30 minute lunch break. I usually take 45 minutes, so I can work on the practice pad for 30 minutes.

Matt's video explains the way to stay balanced, using clear instructions on his preferred pedal placement, seat height etc... and his technique is more "heel up" but he doesn't KEEP it up when not...
