Well yeah, hate is a strong word, but it irks me a little but like I said, I thought the exact same thing when I was younger and I didn't understand Elvin at all.. I do understand him a lot better...

Yeah, I hate when I hear people say Elvin was sloppy but I can understand it because I used to think that way a long time ago when I didn't get Elvin at all..He is very Legato and very loose, along...

Yeah, this hits it on the head..There is a certain lineage of the tradition and the guys that came before are important to check out first..I think Elvin did probably think in 6/8 or 1/4 note...

This paying one month upfront is a good policy and it does work especially if #1 you know what your doing as a teacher and give a good lesson..#2 Show up on time and clean, sober and looking...
