about 15 minutes to set it up. its a 6pc, 3 rack toms,1floor. 2splashes,2crashes,1ride,1 china and hats.

yeah, i generally have my feet around about halfway down the pedal, but when i play, they slide down to a point where the beaters wont even touch the head when i press down.

ive had the same teacher for about 3years now, he is great with his double bass work.

also, my feet have started sliding towards the bottom of the pedal when i play.

anyway i cna fix this?...

I havent done any extra excercise, nor have i dont any activity i normally would do.

i had a bad nights sleep the other night,thats about it.

My double bass that is.

recently(about a month ago) a tried to play a song, that i usually could play with ease, but this time, it hurt my ankles and i got nowhere near the speed i needed to hit....
