Re: Here's an observation nobody here wants to hear ;)

I can remember reading an interview with Charlie a few years ago now, probably in the '90's where he said that his new drum tech had insisted on changing his snare head and when it was removed some...

Re: I will NEVER buy / own _______, and here's why.

I have 17-18-19- love the odd sizes but the 18 just never works or me- sounds fine out front but gives me a headache up close!

Re: Cheap vs expensive kits

I have 2 drumsets, a very inexpensive but well made Natal Arcadia Jazz and a relatively more expensive Mapex Saturn 3 with lots of toms and a 22"bass drum. Both sound great. I don't have any concerns...

Re: Your 5 top gigs. As audience

1. Genesis 1982- 3 Sides Live Tour- Just incredible with Chester and Phil on top form.
2. Foo Fighters- 2015- What a gig! Taylor on fire, Dave with his broken leg and a crowd who were so up for it...

I am not a Dylan fan, never have been. I cannot see that he deserves this prize more than some of the great writer of our times who have been ignored by the Nobel prizes over the years. Almost as...

Re: Opinions wanted on substituting a 12" for a 10" tom

I love my 10" tom, but I view it as an add on to my basic kit. I generally gig with 10/12/16 but I set up as an augmented 4 piece with both racks on a stand to the left of the bass drum. The 10 is an...
