Someone has a sense of humor. Playing, or even listening to too much jazz will however, cause you to want to grow a goatee and wear Ray Ban sunglasses all the time though.........

His standard stage setup. 4 mounted and 2 floor. A doublet on all 4 mounteds and a single on each floor. It can be done with less but the variety suffers

Agreed. He has a touch and sense of musicality that is not often seen. I look at the majority of drummers coming on the scene in the latest bands and then look at Steve and just shake my head.

I think what was unique about Keith was he could play a seemingly total off-beat fill and yet come right back in perfect time. Was he one of the greats? Probably not. Was he one of the most unique?...
