Nope, its a Mapex M Birch kit. Certainly not worth $600. I got a M Birch with hardware, bags, extra tom and cymbals for about $550. I am sure if you look around you'll get a much better deal somewhere

I am actually organizing one at the moment. What I am going to do is get a decent kit, with enough stands and hardware for a backline and then let the guys bring their own snares, pedals and cymbals....

I would suggest that the band break up till you guys are better, yes you can casually jam from time to time, but if there are already problems like that from the start all thats going to happen is...

Okay, thanks for the help. The guy wants R5000 for it, that's about 625$, but I'm sure with some negotiation I'll be able to get it for around 500$. Remember, things are a bit more expensive here in...

I had an old BK set that sounded awesome when I had earmuffs on, but that's the only time they sounded anything near decent. Like guys said, it gives the kit a more "produced" sound that you will...
