Regarding the Textured Ash finish option, can you actually feel the grain, or is the finish completely flat and just looks like it's, er, "textured"?

Ideally PHX with the Vintage Hoops, as the prospect of seeing one of the most expensive kits with some of the most expensive hoops would quite possibly be a sight to behold.

Sakae drilled everything for Yamaha by hand on a drill press, but edges were done on an automated machine.

Regarding Yamaha Music Craft, I believe it's the same facility they make their guitars.
