For an over-the-counter solution, those look pretty good. Roughly 20-25 dB attenuation and relatively flat. If I had to recommend the no-limit solution, I'd suggest custom fits like the Westone...

Unfortunately, "one more time" was what did me in. I was pretty comfortable until front row seats at Ozzy and Korn. That's when it really sunk in.
