I spent the night in a Holiday Express so I am near qualified. This question is for a doctor.
197 at short interval may be OK if your heart is healthy and only a Doctor can answer that with regular check ups and maybe a tread mill stress test. Make an appointment today.

Go and see a Doctor. Asking for medical advice on a Drum Forum is a really, really bad idea.

I say this as somebody that has a Father that is a Doctor and a Mother that is a Nurse.

Well, he'd say the same as me.
