Over 40 great drummers

Check out this new drummers book:
"Mad, Bad and Dangerous - the book of drummers' tales" by Spike Webb. It's a collection of first-hand stories from legendary drummers like Nick Mason Pink Floyd), Topper Headon (The Clash), Simon Philips (Toto), Don Powell (Slade), Adam Ficek (Babyshambles), Nigel Glockler (Saxon), Matt Letley (Status Quo) and many more - over 40 drummers! It's in Waterstones and online at
Amazon, Barns & Noble and more. Also Check out the website:

Don't kmow if I would consider all 40 "great". Also maybe add a "please" and "thank you" to your request.

Well, come on. Buying a book is a 50 50 thing. There was no real need with the flattery and such. Not sure I've heard of many of them, if they were by jazz drummers I'd be sold! :)

There are some jazz drummers featured: Adrian Macintosh who played with the late Humphrey Littleton and Roy Holliday - met them at a monthly event called The Coda Club - great blokes!

Apologies about the lack of etiquette - I'm new to this blogging thing - thought it had to be all fast and sharp etc.
