Hi, actually it sounds like 4/4 to me.
The piano at the beginning is playing 1st & 2nd 16th note on count 1 & 3 and only the quarter note on count 2 & 4 (sorry if this isn't very clear english is not my natural language) and the trumpets have the same patern at 1:40
the beat behind that sounds like a samba clave

but that's just my guess, I can be mistaken

I would notate it in cut time but you could do it in 4/4 no biggie. It's definitely not in six. Listen to the two (or 4) bar phrases played by the horns. They are 8 beats long. That's a giveaway.

ya strait 4/4, really syncopated though. And the conga's throw some triplets in there, but you have to pay attention to the backbeat and ignore the rest. Feel the pulse of it.

4/4 or 2/4 depending on how you notate it. This is off topic? Are we just talking about time signatures for fun?
