Skullcandy

So today my Skullcandy Skullcrusher headphones shattered on one side. Well the plastic piece holding the headphone up shattered and I really liked this pair because it has subs in it and it has a lifetime warranty, but Idk what to do because I checked the warranty info and it said "you get 50% off if they broke due to aggressively listening" but the thing is I was just standing and they broke, so Idk if thats considered a manufacturer defect or aggressive listening, any advice on this?

Contact Skullcandy and ask tell them, it's the only way you'll know for sure.

I like these because they are over ear noise canceling and they have subs in them with a bass control device too.

I second both of you guys. I bought the Inkd earbuds at Target yesterday for $15. Greatest investment as well. I almost bought a pair of $80 ER6i earbuds. The noise cancelling is excellent. You can still hear the drums and the music without one drowing the other out.
