Grant Hart

Right well about this guy, he was a drummer for the band, Husker Du, this is a band i have been really fond of since listening to them 3-4 months ago and now im a really big fan of them even though they are non-existent now. They made a big impact on the likes of Nirvana, The Pixies, Foo Fighters, Green Day and other bands within Alternative Rock/Punk genre.

Anyways onto Grant Hart, I admire this drummer mostly cause of the fact that he makes drums seem like fun to play and even though he aint the most convincing of drummers (mostly cause of the intense speed he plays at) he can really keep a rhythm going just like say.... Ringo Starr. Not only that but he could also sing at the same time also I think he is a great songwriter as he also co-wrote songs for the band too.

If you want to know more on the man himself check him out on wikipedia a lot of information about him on there. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grant_Hart
