What to do with upholstery foam

so i got my hands on a bunch of upholstery foam in the form of panels. its pretty thick and dense and ive tried to mount them on my storage unit walls (made of solid cement) with liquid nails, but it wont hold and the foam just falls off before the glue can dry...

anyone ever tried to mount this stuff before? what glue works best? Im looking to spend as little $$$ as possible on this project.

The foam pannels are about 3'' thick 3' wide and 6' tall.

also do you think carpet would work just was well? if so I could just sell the foam and make a bit of money and mount carpet instead (which would be alot easier to mount because I could just hang it from hooks)...

Thanks dudes/dudettes

first i would check to see if this foam is fire retardant the fumes from this stuff if it burns can kill you quick
