Mounting boom cymbal stand to Pearl style bass

hi!
first post, beginner -- BUT I did use the search function before asking ;)
(which probably had the nswer, but not being as familiar with all the ins and outs, some of it was a bit over my head)

anyway, I'm wishing to mount a boom cymbal stand to a pearl style (two through-shell receivers for "L-arm" type attackments) bass drum

I prototyped with some mismatching components and the geometry seems to work out fine

but I'm not clear on how standard tube dimensions, etc are or if there is a purpose-built unit (given all the mounting HW out there, I suspect there is)

any help would be GREATLY appreciated

if your boom is a pearl, then it'll fit in the tom mountings. i have a stand in my bass aswell, works fine.

Seems to me, the Pearl tubes are standard 7/8". Are you running a single rack tom left and the ride cymbal right? That's a fairly common done thing, and if you've cobnobbled something together already, then "you is a drummer, no doubt".
