What Snare did Joey Jordison use in 1999-2000 ?

Looks to be a lower-end model -- the wide spacing of the lugs indicates it may even be a student steel model. Without a clearer shot of the lugs ID is difficult. There's also the center bead, but that doesn't mean a thing. Knowing that he prefers steel shells, it could even be a generic beater snare.

He did play Dunnetts for a while.
If you want that sound get a metal 13" drum, put a mildly dampened head on it, and crank it. Easy.

A 6 lug steel one.
Never saw a drummer get their hair to wave in a circle at the same rhythm as their playing.
