Blues songs

I was told that to become better at triplets I needed to listen and learn some basic blues. any recommendations for simple, fun songs to play.

drum teacher said needed to listen and play some blues music.any suggestions for a person new to this genre? zz top perhaps??

Yes. Their Tres Hombres album is a good place to start. Also, check out some Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, Cream, old Fleetwood Mac (w/ Peter Green), JJ Cale, Willie Dixon, John Mayall, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Buddy Guy, Jimi Hendrix, BB King, John Lee Hooker, Albert King and old Rolling Stones.
