yes the 18'' tom is in the same finish. It's almost visible on the picture where i am siting behind the drums...its on my left side.I will post some pictures where to whole kit will be visible.

Here is another song of ours but it was recorded almost a year ago.We were recording it in one of the most expensive studios in my country. But the song didnt came out well. The band changed a lot since then, but anyway...song is in a little bit different style...it's calmer....:DThere are missing some vocals at the end of it.

so here it is...

can't rain all the time(english lyrics)

here is also web page of our band...www.arcus-band.net

you can see some pictures but the page is just in sloven for now...

The quality of the recording is excellent. However, the mix isn't. I think the snare has way too much reverb. I can't hear the cymbals either. During the soft sections of the verse the kick is too loud. But overall, excellent sound quality and a good song. I can hear your singers accent, which I think is cool.

BTW. Your first song is good and the mix is perfect. Nice work.

i think so to...there was much more effort laid in to the first song i attached and that's clearly visible(hearable?).

thanks for your comments...keep them coming.

i like the feeling of it...but i am constantly having problems on gigs because the left pedal simply fels apart.I would realy like to get my hand on axis

Fantastic looking kit! I love Euro rock.
Is that you busting out the XYLOPHONES? There's some guy on this forum named "Tambian" who would be a huge fan of that kind of music...

Thanks...the kit is now different than on picture i posted on the begining of the thread!
Got some new hardwere.DW 9000 hihat and double pedal, planing to buy remote hihat(dw 9000).Also got new hat which are 13'' K/Z(gotta love them) and K 20'' ride.At the end of january i recieve 20'' trash of doom and 19 a custom crash because i broke the one on the pictures...i have to cut it and i will still use it on gigs.I dont have any new photos of the big kit but i will get them when i will think my kit is perfect:).Give me 6 months...;)

Till then...pics of my practice kit...Tama stagestar custom EFX.I 've put some new heads on it(emperor) and sound great for that price range(paid 600$ which is not much compared to other prices in my country).Cymbals the ones I already mentiond...13'' K/Z hihat and K 20'' ride(very verstile!).And there is some LP percussion i've got from Brasil...

Awesome KIT man! cool song, singer is good, is english his second language? its cool!
one thing, i can't hear the hi hat really and yes, snare is a bit too strong on the reverb (this is probably because it isn't a finished recording) but ya, amazing kit, how'd u pay for all that? i'm 500$ in debt and i have the following:
stage custom (yamaha) 6 piece plus a supraphonic ludwig snare
17" thin A crash, A 14" New Beats
18" K dark crash, 10" A Custom splash, 20" A Custom Medium ride.
pearl double pedal and hat stand along with tama and yamaha stands.
how does the 18" FT sound?

Beautiful Kit, I like the set up and the finish!

Nice kit, like the finish. Umm if you play your snare that low, could end up hurting your wrists, especially if you play traditional.

Hey thanks for replies!
I dont how much was the kit all together.Probably something over 10.000$.
The 18'' floor tom sound like thunder.Very similiar to the tom that portnoy uses in first song on octavarium on the begining.
In our country english is english second language...thats for the singer.
I allready rised the snare, lowered the toms as much as i am able and rised the throne. As i sad picture are quite old...

Hope u liked song...would you change any of the drumming or is there any particular u didnt like about drumming?

Thanks again!
