Hey guys,

I am completely new to DrummerWorld but can't wait to get posting.
Here is a tune I wrote for my band at university. It's the first tune I have ever written and pretty happy with it :) I am playing drums for it. Let me know what you think!

Great stuff! Music is kind of Weather Report meets Miles meets James Blood Ulmer ... some evil harmonies there :) Drumming and the playing in general was fabulous.

*bump* ... why? I like it and figure some other jazz heads might have missed this little gem :)Nice bump Pol. Sorry, not a jazz head, but I did enjoy it very much. Thought the drumming was great. Interesting to hear the bass pushing the groove in parts. Although maybe not intentional, it adds an urgency & slight tension to the piece. This is good honest music making.

Thanks for the kind words man! Yeah I honestly had no clue where to start in terms of composing, just heard a melody that was simple and that I thought could work and then worked everything around that! Thanks again :)
