I really want to learn how to play Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' from MJ. Anyone know if that song has been transcribed anywhere? Maybe someone can transcribe it for me for a few bucks.

I think the transcribed beat (one measure) is in Zoro's Commandments of R&B Drumming book. For the cover price of the book, you get that transcription plus many others.
