Sonar X1 Producer opinions

Hi guys, I've been using Sonar for many years and am currently using 8.3 Producer. I'm looking to upgrade to X1 and was wondering if you guys could give me some feed back on it. I've read many reviews on the Cakewalk site but would like to hear from real users. At $99 it's kinda hard to say no too..lol

Wow...No one uses Sonar?

My friend upgraded to Sonor X1 and told me there are several bugs that
disappointed him - supposedly many people have experienced these bugs and
reported them to calkwalk to which they responded with releasing a patch.

I imagine they have resoved these bugs by now.

I use Sonor 4 and so far am satisfied to the point where i see no need to upgrade.

I say if you are happy with 8.3 why upgrade?

if it ain't broke don't fix it.

Thanks! I've also read about some of the bugs and that's what's worrying me. But you're correct! If i'm happy with 8.3 why change? There are some bugs in 8.3 that I don't like even after the updated patches but have learned to get around them. I hear 8.5 runs alot smoother.. But then I really like the "pro channel" option in X1....lol So is it worth upgrading? That's my battle..lol
