converting kick drum to floor tom

I have a 20" kick that has never been outside the practice room. I would like to use it as a floor tom or gong drum but I don't really wanna drill any holes into the shell. Does anyone make a conversion kit. I know there is a conversion kit for a floor into a bass drum. Any help will be much appreciated.

If the spurs can rotate all the way around and they are somewhat extendable then you can use the spurs and then you can mount a single hoop mounted spur leg and get it to sit like a floor tom.

I think Gibraltar makes one and there are other manufacturers too.

Look for the bass drum spur legs that mount to bass drum hoops.

I'm planning on buying a couple for a 32" marching bass drum that I want to convert to kit BD.
