Alot of metal guys use Evans clear G2s or EC2s with G1s on the reso side.

+1 on Doug's Evans recommendations.
I have also heard a lot of great things about Aquarian and a lot of metal drummers like them very well. They have a wide assortment of heads that have a good reputation for durability, and offer sounds from wide open/unmuffled to extremely focused and premuffled. See if a local drum shop carries both brands and have them on a display kit.

I don't see the point in replacing all the heads if one breaks other than the fact that it would look less tacky if ya replaced em all..... but i would just get a new head that matches all the other heads.... try evans! awesomeee!!!!
Have fun drummin! , love BDG

If your other heads are damaged in the form of divots from the beating of your sticks, or if they are stretched and can't be kept in tune I would replace them. The breaking of a head is not the only criteria for changing drum heads.

A key point is you have poor quality heads on your drums. If you can afford to, replace all the heads. Once properly tuned, you will find that your drums will sound much better.
Another time to replace all the heads, is if you need to photograph your kit. Polished cymbals and new heads greatly improve the appearance of your kit.
Take care
