I thought it would be nice to reuse my first snare head, so I made this clock :D

Technically that would be a clock, not a watch. That's still cool though :-)
I usually see clocks made out of cymbals, never seen a drumhead one before.

Great idea nolonz! I wonder if you could make the hands look worn as well to make it look even more vintage?

I was thinking to cut out sticks from cardboard and glue them on the hands.. it could be nice :)

A friend of mine gave me the clock parts and then I just cut a small hole at the center of the head and glued the movements (I just googoled the word, the part that moves the hands) on the back. Then it's just a matter of putting the hands on.
It's really really simple to make.
