Contacting Ludwig

Does anyone know an e-mail or phone number to Ludwig? I cannot find it on their website? Thanks.

Also worth contacting a Ludwig rep via dealer is the above doesn't get you anywhere.

I had good luck communicating with Ludwig in the past.... can't recall how I did it, though.

They are a hard company to get in touch with. My mother used to live 5 min. away from the American Factory. While visiting her I wanted to take a tour of the factory and everyone just gave me the run around.

When I called Conn-Selmer they said "Well, why do you want Ludwigs number?"
Then they told me I have to call a local dealer to get a tour. All the local dealers said they deal with Conn-Selmer and don't have any contacts with Ludwig.
Needless to say, I never got my tour and never got into contact with them.
