snare peice

ok, i am trying out for drumming at a school, my audition is in 5 days and i need a level 1 or a level 2 snare peice. i have no idea what that is. i looked all over youtube and google and i cant find anything. the person who gives me lessons said to look for something called NYSSMA and i havent looked there yet but i dont know if my dad emailed them. if anyone has a snare peice that is a level 1 or two please tell me about, i only have five days so reply ASAP please. thank you

You may want to ask you band conductor or percussion instructor. Depending on how well supplied your school's band hall is, they may have a small library of solo peices there. If not try a sheet music store.

Look for a grade 2 or 3 solo here and order it ASAP. Level 1 may be too easy if you have been playing for any amount of time.Steve Weiss is very quick with shipping. It should arrive within 2 days or so.

thanks. well i have only been playing for 3 months so i dont think level one would be TOO easy
