What is the best double bass pedal i can get for under 200 dollars?

Best bet would be e-bay or craigslist. You should be able to find a DW 5000, Tama Iron Cobra, Pearl elim, Yamaha. First thing you should do before you hit e-bay though is check out a shop and play as many as possible to find the one that fits you best so you can search for that one and know you are getting a pedal you will like.

Try going to a shop and trying out different pedals just don't buy there, you can probibly find a better deal online. I've got a Gibralter Avenger 2 that has worked out pretty well and that will run you about $180.

Ill sell you an iron cobra P900 double bass pedal for 175.00. Everything works great on it, it just has a scratch on the connector shaft from touching my bass drum. I havent played on it in a while either.

Look for used. I've paid €135 for my Elims. They go for €200+ used, so that was a real deal. Good luck with the search.

With that budget you can't go wrong buying used. I got my DW 7000 double on ebay for a $125. Looks new and plays great.

The PDP pedal is one-hundred dollars. That would be your best bet.

If I'm not too late for this thread, do yourself a favor and check out the Taye PSK602C or the PSK702C...either pedal is extremely heavy duty,fast, fluid, infinitely adjustable, and worth every penny. You can find them on Ebay brand new for less than $200. I have used the 602 model for about 6-7 years now and have not had one issue with it. Fantastic double pedal for the money. JMHO...
